activation problem

hi everybody........ i from indonesian user and new user RIFFBOX
I bought riff jtag...........
when i try to install the software i have problem with activation
1. i run the riff jtag manager >> i can't connect to server >>then i try use VPN i've connect to server
2. i fill the form of registration/activation........ >>> update firmware DONE
but when i close the software ,and then try to opened again..... the software required to activation again,why???

where is licence file??? can i download it???

please help me sir

I Use.. private tunnel. after receive license file close all connection. reconnect with direct connection(without vpn). open jtag manager and it ask for reconnect server for license, put username and pass and loggin again i've been tryin for few times. and it works for me....... hope it works with you.
