RiffBOX II - Manager v1.78

Initially I had JTAG Manager v 1.76 and I have tried to update firmware.
I have got an error durring the upgrade saying FIRMWARE UPGRADE FAILED!
ERROR: No response from the RIFF Box.
I have installed the software on a WIN10 machine.
I have tried to update DLLs etc.


Please help me to resurrect my RIFF BOX II.

Now I have the following:
Win10

JTAG Manager for RIFF Box ver. 1.78
on first select FIRMWARE UPDATE, I get:



Setting Update Mode...OK
Updating Box's Firmware...OK
Restarting box, please wait...OK
Firmware Update Completed OK

Current Firmware Version: RECOVERY (RIFFBOX2)


and on the second selection I get:


Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK

Getting RIFF Box Info...OK
RIFF Box Firmware Version: RECOVERY (RIFFBOX2)

Connecting to the Updates Server...OK
Downloading new Firmware from Server...OK

Setting Update Mode...OK
Updating Box's Firmware...ERROR
ERROR: No response from the RIFF Box.

Hi,
You need to install update port driver (RIFF_BOX_64bit_Driver.inf/RIFF_BOX_32bit_Driver.inf) and prior to that disable driver signature enforcement.

Where can I locate this driver? I am having the same issue.

Where did You installed RIFF, "Drivers" subfolder.

same problem with me i noticed my computer infected by the virus

offline antivirus installer damaged by the virus so i decided to

install online installer gdata anti-virus & fixed the issue & my system is clean

here is the webui installer -> GDATA_ANTIVIRUS_WEB_NAM.exe
