my box 2 days cant connect server :( help please....

i bought my box only few month whats wrong 2 days cant connect server ? help !

when open show No License is found for you RIFFBOX!!
then connect server show Error during communication with RIFF Server
try again and same

Server log shows that You connected server last time 22. September this year.
There could be some problem with internet routing from Your ISP to server data center, it happened before.
Most of the time solution is simple - try connecting over VPN.

Of course, in case that You've set Your firewall and antivirus properly, and excluded RIFF JTAG manager folder from scans/blocks.
