Ford Cmax 2008 radio disconected because of freeze

Hi i would like to kindly ask for help with my radio system in ford cmax,one day it freezed and then i did mistake by pulling disconecting it from power :-( then i realized that i dont have code for unlock.Ford service give me bad code,dont know why, I have same model as lindesbs user. Please if you can help,i am totaly hopeless and without my radio about 3months :-( thank you for your time
