Audi A3 Code needed

Need some help please, my battery died on my 2001 A3 and the radio went in safe mode, to make things worse I have lost the code card.

These are the numbers I have got off the unit:

Any help in getting the code will be appreciated.

Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
