Radio unlock code needed renault megane 52 plate

Hi
Is anyone able to to give me the unlock codes to a 52 plate renault megane?
My mum was having problems with the sunroof and was convinced it was a blown fuse, problem is she pulled them all out to check and now the radio is locked :frown2:
