Ford focus 2002 Blaupunkt Travel Pilot not working

Hi,
dont know is it the right place,but my Blaupunkt Travel Pilot Ford Focus 2002
BP050026407439
7 612 300 500
does not working after i changed the battery.The display is totally empty-i cant enter the code.Fuses are ok
and display backlight is on for 2-3 minutes after i put it back (i removed it from the car)
After that nothing happens.Tried also to let the ignition on for some hours-but nothing.
Something is blocking it.(went to repairs -the guys said that nothing is burnt down and everything seem to be ok,but they dont know what to do)
Any ideas ?
