Radio code for Fiat Multipla can anyone help please....

Hi can any help me

i have a fiat multipla jtd and i have had to change the battery now the radio wont work as it needs a code and i dont have it. i have pulled the radio out and the numbers on it are as follows

BP3333152243771 BP-NR 7 643 331 316
i thinks its a Blaupunkt radio cd player, other info is fiat nr : 735 391 102 class 1 laserproduct
fiat multipla cd ns 56490027453 sw version 2.6
traceability V. number : D product week 225


this all mean nothing to me but i hope some one out there knows what it is and can give me the four digit radio code.
