Citroen Relay Radio Code Needed PLEASE HELP!!

Please Help I Have A Citroen Relay 2004 And I Dont Have A Clue About Radios All I Know Is that When I Turn It On It Says "CODE" Then around 3 Seconds Later 4 Empty Blanks Appear, This Happened Immediately After I Changed My Car Battery,

Post the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER found stamped in the metal casing
It normally begins with BPxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
