5084 is the correct code for the numbers quoted so check your numbers again. If correct then it looks as though your radio may have been recoded to a different number. If so, you better visit your local center for unlocking your radio!

I need some help for my wife's car that is a SMART Forfour.
I have a HARMAN BECKER, model : BE 6085
It is also written :
"Serial No.: 55066877"
and code bar : "6085AU055066877"
Somebody told me that make a 14 digits Serial : "BE608555066877"
-> Can you help me ?

But, I discovered meanwhile that I have a harder problem since my Audio 5 displays "PROD" and doesn't seem to accept any code
By reading the web, I think that the only way for me would be to get a "new" dump code for the internal flashprom and make a "surgery operation " ... (I'm in the electronics
Or is it possible vis the OBDH link ?
