If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio.

Barcode label is absent. What is the designation of EEPROM, and what type is used - SOIC8 or other? Which address in the dump is the code?

Dump included:
AAAA 1212 3000 FFFF...
...FFFF
However, if I press and hold the BND - instead of "----" appears "CODE IN", I enter "1212" and again ---- on the display. Radio can not be unlocked. What am I doing wrong? I am need to reset the "error counter area" in dump?

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
First remove the radio from the dashboard.
Removal Info here
FREE Car Stereo, & Radio Removal Guides Database
Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels, barcodes and a 14 character Serial Number stamped in the metal casing.
This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated
