Hi all, I guess that either no one can find the number for this (if so perhaps you could tell me that's the case so I know to search elsewhere) or I have asked the wrong question or not put enough detail, either way if you can give me some sort of response it would be helpful

If this is a Grundig SC303 i don't think it can be done from the serial No. I think you need to take it to your local radio decoder. The problem with these they are Micro based and if it has been decoded before then it will have had a new code wrote into it has very few could read the original code.
