Thanks, I have already the code with me... I need a reset of the radio because it has errors from many tries :S

I will let the radio switched on 1hour... hoping that it'll reset!

Peugeot 206 Radio code

Looking at previous post and my situation is the same. I have a 2002 Peugeot 206 with VIN - VF32ANFUR42193540. Radio is the original but need a code after changing the battery. Any help gratefully received...

Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code that can be calculated (using a serial number ) anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C 7000000 + + + + on a separate label somewhere on the metal casing.
(Note ...not beginning with CL.)

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio.

To reset from ERROR7 try leaving it SWITCHED ON..UNDISTURBED for an hour or two

Also quote the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes
