Ford unlock code

Hi, I have a friend with a Ford C Max with 6000CD (with centrally located volume)
I held button six then pressed button one and it came up with the following:

C2140002-20-D_C
Apr 14 2004
OFMM215767
JA CB AT RW RL AR

Am not sure if this includes the serial number or if I need to remove the stereo (have ordered the four tools to do this).
If you could find a code with the above information I would be very greatful.

I needed it as i was installing the auxillary input for my focus.

However when i connected my ipod the music was only playing on the left side of my car (If you get me)
Also it was just the background music and nobody singing.

Just wondering if you had an thoughts about this?

Have I installed it wrong?

What should i do?

Hope someone can help. Just brought a KA with a knackered clutch. Anyway that fixed but battery was disconected and now no code for radio

Its a FD 6000 CD Serial M015685

Hope someone can point me in the right direction and thanks in advance

Hoping someone can help me with my Ford 4000 RDS. It's a Focus in the UK, pressed buttons 6 and 1 and the following appeared: MP DS DP then 3-03 255.

Does this mean my serial number is M303255?

Any help appreciated. Thanks.
