  • Blaupunkt Woodstock SQR 88 code needed

    Hi,

I have recently aquired an old Blaupunkt Woodstock SQR88 head unit.

    Model number: 7 648 890 410
    Serial: BP8890X1441849

When I first powered on the unit it just said "---" in the display.
After reading some instructions online I let the unit stay on for a couple of hours. It then asked for a code.

I tried to input a code that I got from a pay-site that I've used in the past, and was given the code 1812. Tried this, but with no luck.

Can anybody help with confirming this code?

    Thanks in advance.

      Thanks Dekster!

I actually had that code already.
I forgot to say that first digit is only allowed to be 0 or 1, so unfortunately I can't input that number.

      Any other ideas? :-)

Every time I try a new number I need to leave the unit on for 2 hrs before it lets me try another one :-(

Tried both the suggested codes, but it didn't work.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? I have seen other threads on this forum concerning the same model, and they all failed to unlock the unit.

I suspect that owner might have changed the code at some point.
I dont have the manual but I think this radio may have a user configurable pin.
