Grundig Smart Radio Safe Mode

Hey guys,
Can anyone help me please whit this?
I have a friend who bought a smart but it didnt came with the radio code.
He switched to another radio, but the soud was worst, and now he wanted to put back the first radio and entered in safe mode.

Sorry....your code will only be available from someone with access to the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free from anywhere on the Internet
