I have recently picked up my car from garage. (punto 2001 1.2) and it looks like they have removed battery so my radio is asking for code .
My numbers :
BP 7649 372 316
Prod : 735 272 569
Do i need any other numbers etc.

There should be another Serial Number ...quite often stamped in the metal casing and beginning with BP or similar
