Please quote the 12 character Serial Number usually found engraved in the radio casing.

It normally begins with BP or GM or similar

Please check all your numbers again and also look for one STAMPED /ENGRAVED IN THE METAL CASING.

It should be BP or GM or similar plus 12 more characters or digits.

RegWorts.... this is incredible... now my radio doesn't work... the manual says "if the radio is locked, wait for 24 hours to insert the key", but the radio doesn`t ask me for the code... only says "wait".... my brother took off the radio on Sunday, and today is Wednesday and the radio says the same..."wait". Is it normal?? Should I do something?? reset the radio or something?

Friend!You need remove Power from radio.
I don't know if you make this, but if Radio
have power from battery car, never ask
code.Remove all cable Power From Radio
or disconnet battery car.

Is same situation Friend, if you disconnect the cable of 12V
that is going of the battery to the I radio or you turn off the
battery the radio is without Powoer,
Only like this is that to the end of 24 Hoursasks for you
the Code. If you have him connect the battery (even with
the Button in Off) him this always to receive energy.You
have same to turn off the baterai of the car or the cable.
After 24 Hours put again and put Radio On and you see
display for put code

The normal method to reset a Blaupunkt radio after too many wrong codes is to leave it SWITCHED ON ....UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset.


The waiting time doubles after each wrong code so it may take several hours to reset.
