I have also changed batery and have been trying to enter a code but all that I have done is permanent error sign on my auto radio.
I have called renault service but thay said it has nothing to do with changing batery. Since I saw you have helped people with the same problem I would kindly ask you to help me too, the only problem is that I don't know where to find the numbers people have sent to you in order to receive the right code.
