Renault Megane Radio Code

Had to disconnect battery from Renault Megane to cure display fault but now don't have Radio code. Have service booklet which has Quality certificate which gives
Factory type EM!R0H
Chassis No VF1EM1R0H37538994
Fabrication No D237647Model Year 2007
Ignition Key No542311374
Radio Code 0223

But that code doesn't work just get Error.

Help!

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
First remove the radio from the dashboard.
Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes and a 14 character Serial Number stamped in the metal casing.
This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated

I changed my battery on my Renault megane over a year ago and the radio has never worked since - been asking me for a code. Being a new grandad meant I never got round to it but am now giving my daughter my car as a Christmas present and I know that she will not be able to survive without sounds.

Also quote the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes

Megane radio locked

Hi I bought a Renault Megane Dynamique from a second hand dealer around 3 months ago and my battery died. I have now installed a new one but its asking me to input a 4 digit code. I looked in the radio user manuel but the code in it is not working (I think the person I bought the car from has just put any booklet in!)
