    Code for Philips Stereo in megane

    Hi there,

    My battery had to be replaced in our Renault Megane a couple of weeks ago and it's at this point you discover that you didn't get the radio code from the person you bought the car off a few years ago :-(
    Anyway, if anybody can help, the stereo is a
    Philips 22DC593/62L
    Prod No. FD0397134120645
    Extra nos.
    9022 215 93624
    Renault 77 00 413 537 --B

    Any help appreciated.

    Not sure if it's relevant but I thought I'd add the number stammped on the side of the unit...

      Sorry...these numbers are not in my PHILIPS database but if you email restoredclassic@aol.com then they may be able to help as they have access to a much larger Philips database than mine.
