Hmm, tried that just now and it's not working. Or at least I can't get it to work! Managed to enter it OK on the display but it's just not accepting it.

I'll take the CD player out tomorrow and check the numbers I've put down are correct. Maybe I've written them down wrong.

Hi Chris,
I doubt you've written down the wrong numbers, because if you have - you've done it twice.
I am doubting code entry procedure - I read you've managed to bring the code up on the display,
that will have been done by using the stalk controls by the thumb wheel and station advance button.

When the correct code displays and you enter the last digit, hold the station advance button IN for about 5 seconds
until the beep is heard - this procedure is what activates the code.

hope i've explained this well enough - hay88 does a better explanation if you want to hunt around the renault threads.

It's working! Bonus - You were right, I had the code displayed on the screen but was unaware you had to press and hold the station advance button to input it.
