Hi there,

My battery needed replacing and my radio code is now needed for my renault clio (53 reg) 1.2 if anyone can help??

Details of the radio are:

Model: 22DC278/62B

TOH153

RN278F30571244

Prod no: FD0503360571244

When i removed the radio to find the model numbers, there was note of 4686 being the code number, i tried this and nothing worked. Is there a way of the radio accepting the code once the digits have been entered or should it work automatically? I keep hearing a negative sounding beep!

Any help would be great, thanks in anticipation!

your code is 4686 how to enter. YOU MUST HOLD at end to store code.

IF YOU DONT HAVE ¬ KEY THEN PUSH THUMBWHEEL IN AND SOME HAVE {A¬} KEY

Turn on the radio and the display will show 'CODE'
Use the steering controls for code entry.
Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct first digit
Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct second digit
Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct third digit
Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct fourth digit
If the correct code is now shown on screen,
press and hold the [ ¬] button for up to 10 seconds to store the code
