Nissan note 2007

Hi everyone. Sorry to make my 2nd post a request. Can anybody please help me. I have a Nissan Note and had a new squib ring fitted. The garage disconnected the battery but thought I had the radio code. I hadn't. So, can anybody PLEASE tell me if I can get it free online. The numbers on the back of the radio are 815BP53877 1231639 7645387618 and 024199. I have looked for advice online but I was asked for a 14 digit serial number
