while changing the car's battery, the code was requested and I cannot find the documents anywhere in my messy storage area...

Can you please help me?
the model is KDC-W5031Y
the serial tag is partially destroyed during the installation so I can see only partial info which is KE1132T0??3032 (the question marks are the digits that I cannot read)
