Blaupunkt DAB54 Woodstock problem

Hi All

I recently had work carried out on my car (battery disconnected) I went to the drawer where I put the key card only to discover her indoors had done a clean out and disposed of the card. I have tried a 128 mb and a 1gb sd card but keep getting the Kcard not ok message after entering the code. Do I need to format in FAT 16 and how do i do that on a PC running Windows 7
