I just repaired the washer pump on Renault Kangoo.
Water flow had stopped, the pump has two outlets, with a small shuttle valve in between the two outlets, the shuttle has a rubber seal at each end, over time these swell up and stop the shuttle moving, trim about 1 mm of the ends with sharp modeling knife, this allows the shuttle to move back and forth,
It is possible to prize the pump parts apart, just be careful.
