Do you require anything more than the following?

Device Number: 7612830022
Date: 10.06.07

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Advise on removal of said stereo would also be appreciated should i need access data imprinted on the back.

Sorry.

Your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet .
