Unlock code please

Hello. My radio code is either !! GM0500 112 46274 (stamped on side of radio body) or 003 0152 1246274 on label on top of radio. Can you please help me with an unlock code. Had flat battery after being stood and blocked out the radio.

Sorry....your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
