Sorry this serial don't apear in my database.Try to contact main dealer or a decoding workshop.

The dealership said they don't know what the code is or how to get it, and told me to contact chrysler directly. Kinda BS after only a few days of owning the car it locks up, but I'll call chrysler and see what's up.
