could you find out a code for car radio Siemens VDO CDR 500 S/N GM050062588687?

And I have also a question: The radio doesnt have a (front) control panel. Is it possible to replace it by control panel Phillips CAR 400?

Sorry,not posibile from serial number,and i think control panel works on cdr 500.
