Grand scenic radio code please...

Hi there, battery has gone flat so have lost the radio code.
We drive an 06 grand scenic oasis 1.6v 16valve.
The radio details I have for it are.

That's all the details I can see at the moment. Would really appreciate some help.

All numbers I see are.

Then a barcode with 8200633644T T177-security (which seems to be a tear off sticker) followed by 0005372 at the end of that tear off.

Tried that code fellas but no joy. Might just be me though. After entering the code should the radio just accept it or is there some magic button I press to enter it?
