Renault Megane code please

The usual, dead battery and now need a code.
If it helps its a 96 UK Megane 2l auto 5d hatchback

There is a number I wrote in the radio book 7528, I dont recall having the radio re-coded but this number doesnt work.

Here is a pic of the radio label, would be great if anybody can decypher it and come up with a code
