Renault Megane 2003 Radio Code

Can anyone help me...
I just bought a 2nd Hand Renault Megane 2003 for my son. and the radio is not working, asking for a 4 digit code..
I checked the handbooks they were nothing on it..

Heres some of the code I retracted in the back of the stereo.
