1724 is the code for the given serial number. must have been re-coded and your need to go to Decode Service who will plug it into a laptop and electronically read/recode the memory chip

Code Entry as Follows:

Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" Please enter device PIN "
Enter CODE in the order it is read:
For Example, to Enter Code 1234
Press Preset 1 then 2 then 3 then 4
If the correct code number is now shown
Press " OK " To Enter
