renault lagoona unlock code please

hi there can u please help ? ive just bought a Renault lagoon 53 plate and ive tried inputting the code on lable on the side of cd (7962) and comes up error ! takes ages to go back to all zero's ! nothing happens using volume up down just using wheel and numbers on front then pressing number 6 for 2 seconds then error !
