help for my husband please

My husband has a ford galaxy and decided to upgrade the stereo to the sony one from out t4, after removing them both he found out there is no adapter to put tge sony one in and cant get one. So needs to put the ford one back but it needs a code we dont have. The seriel number is m008432. Thank you for any help
