Anatel AGC-1220RF installation help.

Greetings, all

I have purchased a Anatel/Renault AGC-1220RF, along with an adapter harness to install it into my Mercedes W202.

When I connect the power harness and turn n the igintion, the radio lights up, but it ask me to connect the diagnostics tool. What diagnostics tool? Why doesn't it just ask me for my unlock code?

Please help me install this radio.
