problem with flasshing boot to n8000

Hi, I have a problem with my n8000. First of all I cant find model N8000 at the list of models in my JTAG Manager. I select n8010 model and while I trying to flash it with riffbox I always get the same error: ERROR(0x59): Communication is not established. Terminating.
