Not many inmates, a good thing?

I just noticed this forum "prison" for banned users. However, I don't see any banned users posting here. Is this a measure of how good our community here is? Or perhaps members who find themselves banned just throw the toys out of the pram and never post?

Either way, be careful if somebody passes you a spoon with a hole
